LoneStar Australia at Australasia Oil & Gas (AOG) 2016
29 February 2016
AOG is well established as the premier networking forum in the Australian market for oil and gas industry professionals to meet face-to-face with decision-making service providers, engineers, technical professional and suppliers.
Celebrating its 35 year, AOG 2016 featured a theme of "Collaboration" with over 100 experts from leading companies providing input on how industry, government and other key stakeholders should continue to work closely together to reduce costs and improve productivity.
Led by the large scale LNG projects underway, which collectively represent investment of over $250 billion, good progress has been achieved in the past. Yet important challenges to success remain in the current oil and gas climate. Australia has huge potential to become one of the world's top LNG producers, with a number of basins, including Browse, Bonaparte, Canning and McArthur Basins, discovered both on and offshore.
LoneStar Australia serve the local pipeline and EPC contractors with their bolting and gasket and sealing requirements, with project experience on Gogon and Ichthys.
