Documentation and Certification Packages.

LoneStar Fasteners Europe can provide our customers with the necessary documentation and certification they require with their fastener and component orders. This includes tailor-made documentation and certification packages to suit individual customer requirements and industry standards.

The following levels of certification are available:-

Certificate of conformity
Certificates to BS EN 10204 2.1, 2.2, 3.1
Independent inspection to BS EN 10204 3.2
Inspection bodies LRQA, ABS, DNV, BV

Norksok M650 Approval

In September 2016 LoneStar Fasteners Europe were awarded Norsok M650 Approval by the qualifying Company Aker Solutions for material supplied under M630 Ed 6, MDS specification D59 (strain hardened material) and D60 (solution annealed material). This represents a significant milestone for LSFE becoming one of the first companies in the world to gain D59 approval, especially when considering the extended range of supply up to and including 3.1/2” Diameter.

Following on from this approval LoneStar Fasteners Europe will maintain significant stocks of Strain Hardened Studbolts and Solution Annealed Cast Coded Heavy and Normal Series Hexagon Nuts to offer a competitive supply on short lead times to EPC and MRO contractors, package and consolidation companies, and other supply chain companies.
