In 2012, LoneStar Group completed a deal to expand its global footprint through the acquisition and merger of two separate gasket facilities, located in Chennai, India.

Formerly known as Oil Field Sealing Techno Systems, the newly formed company became LoneStar OFST, operating as an internal brand responsible for the procurement, production, inspection and distribution of goods and services to other LoneStar brands, in addition to a few select LoneStar clients.

Manufacturing over 100,000 gaskets every month, the OFST facility has extensive machining capabilities and prides itself on exceptionally high levels of quality, obtaining complete certification and operating to ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, API 6A and PAS 99.
