The LoneStar Group can supply a broad scope of proprietary wellhead gaskets that match bespoke customer specifications thanks to our comprehensive in-house machining capability. Our industry-leading manufacturing facilities include an extensive selection of advanced machine tools ranging from small-diameter bar-fed machines to exceptionally large and powerful horizontal CNC lathes.
Our in-house coating facilities enable us to coat and plate a variety of seals and gaskets including zinc-plated and Xylan-coated carbon steel rings through to steel-plated exotic material components. On customer designs requiring primary and secondary elastomer seals, the seals are fitted after the main gasket body has been coated.
